Does not work CSAT

Do not come to assess the users emails, though everything is set up right.
We use JIRA v6.4.5.

And I can not find the icon for the view Dasboard...

Help pls!

Hi Sergey,

Would you please check if there are any exceptions thrown in your JIRA's log file? If possible, please send the related part of the log to us: sales at candylio.com

We have tested the plugin on our JIRA 6.4 test server and everything seems to work fine.

Please also check if you can access this URL: http://<yourhostname>:<port>/projects/CSAT?selectedItem=com.candylio.jira.plugins.jira-csat:happiness-report

There should be a heart icon on the left sidebar in project view

Hi Sergey Sukhaninskiy,

Please select your project from Projects menu dropdown for example

Then you will see the icon on the left sidebar like

Where on my screenshoot left sidebar? I dont see. =(

It seems like your sidebar is disabled. The root cause can be came from the other plugin or by disabled dark feature.

You can access your dark feature http://<Your domain>/secure/admin/SiteDarkFeatures!Default.jspa

you should check the "Mail Queue" after resolving tickets >> /secure/admin/MailQueueAdmin!default.jspa

Could you please give me the full log and which Java version you are using ?

I am trying to reproduce that's bug.

By the way could you give me your email? so that i can contact you directly when I found the problem and have a patch for you.

We found the issue root cause, the current comment field does not support special characters. We will deploy an improvement to support for Russian shortly. Hang on tight.
