Atlassian, who refuses to do any sort of user testing OR tell their community that they are making a change and what the change is, introduced a bug into their latest Tempo release.
Whenever we try to unbill the hours in a Tempo worklog, it creates a duplicate worklog. The problem is that it's subtle and we have to delete the new worklog which cause extra work and it just an overall bad software change to roll out.
I honestly don't think Atlassian will fix the issue. They seem to roll out changes regardless of the bugs they create and just leave their customers to figure out the workaround. If anyone does know how to fix the issue, could you please let me know?
