Is there a way to change the title line of the email template to flag it as high priority?

Hi Christopher,
In order to setup the email priority you need to associate a Condition to the Condition to prioritize emails parameter in the Template Configuration screen.

If you want that all the emails have high priority, the trick consists in creating a Condition returning always True (e.g. summary is not EMPTY).
