I've seen some questions and posts but nothing that is very succinct and clear...
We are in the process of implementing Jira Software in the Cloud. While there are some great reports within Jira Software, we need to pull data from our Jira instance and integrate it with data from other business systems. Reporting in isolation is only half the picture..
We are using Power BI as a reporting tool. It has great connectors to tons of data sources, but there is nothing that really works with Jira Cloud. WE need a way to pull data from our Jira cloud instance and then line it up against data from other sources in order to get complete and effective reports and dashboards across our business.
This post below was looking really promising until we then tried to schedule the refresh and hit a road block...

I can't imagine that this problem has not been solved. IN today's data rich environment it should not be this hard to simply extract data into a Data Warehouse....
