How to achieve auto field synchronization in Insight?

Hey,

We have the following problem:
We created an object matrix in Insight. It shows customers and agents. A customer object has an ArrayList containing the agents who are allowed to work for this specific customer. An agentobject has an ArrayList with all the customers where he is onboarded (allowed to work for).

The goal we would like to achive is a synchronization of both lists.

For example if an agent is assigned to a new customer the list of the customer should also add the new agent to its list.

Could you suggest me a possible solution for this problem?
