How can I achieve this with JMWE Misc Workflow Extensions on Cloud?
I have a role called "Support" with different members depending on the jira project. Every project in my instance has this role with one or more members. I am using a JMWE post function called "Email Issue" on the 'Create' step of a certain issue type that come from my third party Service Desk. I want to send an email to those in the support role. I have this working.
In the body of the email message, I want to include the members of the role "Support" for the given project so the recipient can see who else the message was sent to in order to aid in triaging the incoming issue. Is there a means to print the list of names that this email went to maybe with nunjucks? I can't seem to find the key if so. I'll continue to try and yes, I've read their documentation.
The message body would look something like this:
Hello. This ticket just arrived from our Service Desk. It needs triage and assignment. Role:Support: Joe Smith, Tammy King, Tapanga Gardener, Donald Duck
