Jira Migration - Move some projects from old instance to a new one.

Hi Atlassian Community

I need to move from JIRA version 6.2.7 to lastest 7. version. (new instances)

Happy to left some old stuff behind but some projects needs to be moved (with all history, created order, links, files, comments....

At the moment I found 2 plugins to help but...

 - Project Configuration Manager: Does not work.  Can't test. Tryed with a new jira project with only 6 tickets, but 1,2 GB of free disck space is not wnouf...  I can not imagine for my real projects.

 - Configuration Manager: To move projects it is needed at least version 5. Compatible with JIRA 6.3... My version is 6.2.

Do you know other solutions the help the JIRA move from one instance to other?

Hi @Humberto Gomes, 

what you could do is duplicate your old instance, upgrade it to a recent Jira version, and try again with Configuration Manager.
