Hi!

The issue is the same to the previous "resolved" question, but the old solutions are not relevant anymore. Tried Chrome, Safari, Firefox - no luck.

Can't see test cases from TestRail or Allure TestOps integrations, while everything needed has been configured. Only Login buttons are available. In the tabs of browser everything is logged in. 

Please help

Woohoo!

This is a possible solution that worked in my case today to fix the "Log in" in Jira:


In Chrome Developer tools > Application > Cookies > testrail set for tr_session:
- Secure : True (checkmark)
- SameSite : None
Integration then worked for me.

Probably this could be managed in Firefox also somehow.

The same approach is working for Allure TestOps cookies (ALLURE_TESTOPS_SESSION)
