Random Trigger for CSAT Survey?

We're testing out your app in our JSD instance and we're inquiring wether or not there's an ability to send the CSAT randomly to avoid survey fatigue. I see that the trigger events work off our JIRA Workflows, any tips to make this survey send out on every other completed request?

Regarding sending CSAT randomly, does it mean that you want to send the CSAT survey emails to only a subset of reporters (not all of them) randomly?
