×I did put our company asset in the cloud using insights plugin, can I query it in one of my workflow (connect the asset with the trouble ticket for example)

It looks like you are using Insight for Jira cloud, and for that, the link between Insight objects and Jira issues is different than on server/data center.

Hi,
You need to create custom field in Issues tab on Jira Software admin panel.
In custom field You can filter objects from Insight Plugin.
After that, You need to assign custom field to project screen (Tasks, Subtasks etc.)
Than You can create issue and link something there
and see issues from insight object
Also in Issue Filters You can filter issues with connected insight objects etc.
