Big Picture Baseline start/end date discrepancy field value

Does anyone knows how is calculated the Baseline Start/End dates discrepancy field that is available in Big Picture Gant and WBS tables?
It appears this field lives only in Big Picture as i cannot find it in Jira custom fields list and i have few examples where the value of this field makes no sense to me.
Also, i do not see this value for all tasks that have a baseline set, only some of them.
