Customer Help Centre - share fiels when creating a new request

Hello All,

Our customer would like to change the default behaviour of the Share with... field at the bottom of the page of a new request, so that it defaults to the "Private request" setting rather than the "Share with..." setting.

We would also like to change the text of the field to something other than "Private request".

Is this possible please?

This is currently not possible.  Please vote for JSDSERVER-4382 and/or JSDSERVER-4638.
