Details
•Exception: Object doesn't support property or method 'click'
•Line: 24
Environment
Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 9.0; Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; Trident/5.0; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; SLCC2; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; MDDR; Tablet PC 2.0; .NET4.0C)
The error appears at the top of our rapidboard views, sometimes without the view itself appearing, and persists. Forced clean cache and refreshes can resolve, but it quickly returns. I'm unsure as to what causes it to start or how to resolve permanently.
Hey Louis,
Based on the Resource URL, I believe that this could be related to the Issue Collector module in the GreenHopper plugin. In order to fix the issue, you may disable the Feedback module by going to Administration > Plugins > Manage My Plugins > GreenHopper > Manage plugin module > Feedback.
There's also a related KB article written to address this issue, kindly refer to it for more info:

Hope this helps!
Cheers.
Thanks for the suggestion, I will first try upgrading to circumvent : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-5502 as was suggested by somebody. If this doesn't work I'll disable.
