Use Case: User reviews a story and opts to select the UI for "reject". The current configuration allows the person who rejected the approval request to leave a comment. In addition to the comment, it would be ideal to be able to state / provide a "reason code" which will support the gathering of analytics and / or patterns for rejections.
Issue: Given the fields for the Hezrum approval are not exposed, we cannot easily configure this, nor can we use the tools of the script runner feature to help generate a script to do this.
Therefore am seeking counsel on how we might achieve the ability to have someone leave a comment AND pick a reason code when rejecting and approval request
