Herzum Approval - Getting message: project and issue type is already configured but it is NOT

Hello,

We are using Herzum Approval plug in successfully in one of our projects.  However, when I try to add a new mapping for a different project I get the message "The selected Project and Issue Type have been already configured".  This is not true, and when trying to display all existing configurations, only the ones we currently use are displayed; so, it is not possible to "edit" the configuration we are trying to add either.

Is this a known issue?  Is there a work around?
