Is it possible to start and stop the Tempo Tracker with a bookmark.

It would be nice to have a link like this:
https://myCompany.atlassian.net/secure/TempoStartTracker!default.jspa?tracker=true

To Stop the Tracker i found this link:
https://myCompany.atlassian.net/secure/TempoAddHours!default.jspa?tracker=true&key=

I already hat a look to the Tempo API but they described only how to add hours.

This link is not available anymore. Is there anyway to start a tempo tracker with the API? All I find is to log a worklog directly, but not accessing the currently running trackers. Is that somehow possible?
