I want to import test sets and test cases from csv.(using X ray tool)

Will Test case importer create test sets on import just like test cases?

if Test sets cannot be created , is there any way to create 100 test sets/test plans from csv files?

recently the built-in Test Case Importer has provided support for creating Test Sets besides Tests.

Please check the documentation for more info.
