BigPicture Risks cannot be loaded

I'm getting a message that the risk matrix in BigPicture cannot be loaded because I do not have the Risk Probability and Risk Consequence fields mapped to the module. I've verified that the fields are available and populated in Jira.

I am a site-admin, and have full admin access to the project and all the issues.

This was working a week or so ago.

Well.....The issue seems to have fixed itself. I have know idea what happened to cause or correct it.

The issue came back again. As of 5/16 on Cloud

I am experiencing similar problem.

However, Risks that are added through BigPicture are displayed, however risks added directly into the project are not synced up/reflected on BigPicture despite that  a full backlog synchronization is set up for BigPicture
