Is there a way to update a Confluence page that's been copied to another space page in real time?

Is there a way to (once a page tree has been copied from one Confluence space to another) to update the original and have it update in real time to the copy?

I copied a page tree which included one parent and five children pages to a second space.  The requester/creator of the pages added a sixth child page and it doesn't translate automatically to second confluence space. Any plug in that does this automatically? Seems little silly that a collaboration software such as Confluence wouldn't have this feature. Hoping there's a solution for this and I'm just missing it.

Hi Kris,

I'm not aware of any add-ons that will do this automatically. When you copy a space Confluence is creating a completely separate instance of the original space; there is nothing linking the two spaces.

There's an Add-on that syncs issues in Jira called Backbone that will sync issues, and they also have some interesting Confluence add-ons I've yet to try, you may want to take a look at them:

Hope this helps,
