JIRA Threaded Comments DISABLED, Can't be enabled

JIRA Threaded Comments (v1.27.2)  was disabled, I tried to enable, but it's throwing an error, "This app failed to enable. Refer to the logs for more information."

did you look into logs? What's inside of them? Which version of Jira are you using?

Logs doesn't have anything on this issue. we're on Jira 7.7.1

I meant audit log, I will look into system logs.
