Hi,
I'm trying to work with the Jira Cloud integration in teams but i cant create issues
I keep on getting "Could not find project with key CP" and i actually do have such project, but i would expect to get a screen to select the project.
When i'm trying the create comment i always get "Please enter a valid issue key"
The only thing that works is viewing the issues.
Thanks for any assistance
Hi Elad,
We are also experiencing this problem.
I'm prety convinced that I've figured out the issue as: current user doesn't have access to the first project in the Jira project list that the Teams app fetches.
I don't think you can access the request, but I mentioned your post in it.
So, as a reference, this is the support request: https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/47/SPSP-17484
I'll try to remember to keep you posted on the status of this request.
PS: If I'm right, a workaround could be to create a dummy project with name and key "AAA" and give all Jira users access to that project.
Hi Erik,
Good shoot. I created the workaround and finally i can create issues.
If i can ask another question, is it possible to create an issue from the command line or open the create issue screen with the correct project? when i try the connect command, i get please select correct issue id.
Thanks,
Elad
