Hi,

I have 2 projects.
A dedicate automation clones an issue from A to B. After cloning, each issue (A and B) have a link to the other issue so it's really easy to track one another.

Once the status of issue B is changed (to Done..), I'd like to set an automation that updates the status of issue A.
1. I figure this automation should be defined in project B - is that true?
2. I tried using linked issues, but couldn't find a way to reach the status of issue A (the original one), from issue B (the cloned one).

Would appreciate any help.

Thanks

Hi @Laliv Elor

Yes, it's b.The automation needs to be set for multiple projects which can be done by a sys admin.  Link: https://blog.codebarrel.io/automation-rules-can-now-be-restricted-to-run-in-multiple-projects-910594bee2f0?gi=2bccb1375ac8

To find the specific link, use the related issues condition. Link:
