Request an upgrade GreenHopper to version 5.10

Hi, we're kind of new to OnDemand and I'm curious what we have to do to request an upgrade on our instance to 5.10. We're really excited about the new Rapid Board and having Sprints and Fix Versions separated and are anxious to try it out!

There's no need to request an upgrade. You'll be upgraded automatically as soon as it has passed through some testing on our end. Our current expectation on that is next Monday, APAC time (Sunday US/EMEA time), but if we encounter problems in testing that might need to be delayed.
