Unable to configure the JIRA DVCS Connector Plugin

I'm trying to configure the JIRA DVCS Connector Plugin but there is a module missing on my on demand instance. The offending module is app-switcher-nav-link which i can't enable.

How do i get the DVCS Connector up and running?

First of all this is a bundled plugin within OnDemand environment. I, also, assume you have seen this documentation and went through the steps. If you are still facing a problem after verifying the steps, as you can not install or remove plugins in OnDemand, you can raise a support request through SAC. We will further investigate.

Had missed the "Source Control" section under the issue tab, I was looking in the "Plugins" section.
