Worklog event does not triggered with JIra time tracking

Recently install and configure connector for slack in JIRA and confluence and both of them are really cool. 

But I've spent few hours trying to show worklog adding event in slack channel.

Seems event missed, or try to track something different. 

All other notifications sent correctly and shown in appropriate view.  Using REST I can grab info about time tracking, but not event.

Can anyone suggest why this can happened and how to fix it?
