Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×Established Scroll Ignore macros are today showing "There were errors rendering macro: An unknown error occurred." errors.
Anyone else seeing this behavior?
Hey @Nancy Hutson Hale - Thomas from K15t here. Is this behaviour occurring for all your Confluence pages with the Scroll Ignore macro present? Or is it only something that is affecting specific pages?
Do you have the Scroll Exporter Extensions app installed on your cloud instance (this provides the Scroll macros)?
Does the issue occur when using a different browser (ie. Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc)? If so, can you open a ticket with us here and we can troubleshoot this together.
Regards,
Thomas (K15t)
@Tom Rough I did open a ticket; on further investigation on our end, it appeared that all macros relying on any integration were malfunctioning during the same time period. The problem has resolved itself, which suggests it was a systemic issue with Confluence Cloud or our site on it. Thanks for reaching out.
