Service Desk Plugin to auto suggest confluence articles via email

Is there a Service Desk cloud plugin that can send an email with recommended confluence articles once a new request is created?

It's nice that in the service desk it recommends articles, but often users ignore these suggestions, so having them in the "Request created" email would be very nice.

I've seen it done before, possible even with Jira cases, but I searched around and couldn't find anything regarding this functionality.

Currently, this feature it's not available on Jira, but we have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

I've searched for add-ons on Marketplace but haven't found anything that could help us related to this.
