Tempo Timesheets Report For Specific User Won't Load

Eric Frank March 11, 2019

Hello All,

One of my team members has been experiencing this weird bug in JIRA/Tempo all week.

Right after he logs time in the tempo timesheet view, he can see it in the report. But if he reloads the page, all his time from this week (and March) disappears from the Tempo report. When I check individual tickets, I can see his worklogs still exist. They just don't show up in Tempo for whatever reason.

Also, the Tempo timesheet won't even load if the period is set to include the current week. It will hang indefinitely. To get it to load, we have to pick a period that doesn't include the current week/month (of March), hit Apply to load the worklogs, then adjust the period to include the current week/March. (Then the report will load, but STILL nobody, neither him nor I, can see any of his time from this week.)

As far as we can tell, this is just for his user account and not anyone else's at the company. If we run a report on any other active user, it loads just fine.

Any insights as to what might be wrong? We rely on tempo to report to our parent company, so any quick responses/solutions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks & Best,

Eric Frank

This happened to me for the first time today. I cleared all Atlassian related cookies and re-logged in and now my tempo content loads as expected.
