Trying to Create a Dynamic Row Survey for Requirements

I am using Adaptavist "Forms for Confluence", and am interested in creating an auto-extending form.

Line #          Priority                User Story / Requirement

1                  Must Have          As a, I Need, So That...

2                  Should Have       As a, I Need, So That...

n+1              <List>                <free form text>

The list expands as user inputs their list of requirements or user stories.

Right now, I can only figure out how to given them 10 static rows to enter into, but instead, I would like the list to adapt to the number they want to enter.  

Is there a way to do this?
