Unable to Insert or Save using PlantUML Macro

Hi, 

I am trying to save the UML using plantuml macro, but nothing happens when I click the save or Insert button. have same issue after clearing browser cache/ different browser (Mozilla/Chrome). 

Let me know if you require any further info on this.
