Hello @Paweł Albecki

Agile Dashboard for Project Management gadgets are designed to support Agile teams in self-development and transparency.

The app currently consist of three configurable gadgets that each user can add to their dashboard (or they can create a shared dashboard to look at). The gadgets are: Problematic Tickets, Reliability Rating, and Hot Tickets

The goal of Problematic Tickets gadget is to point the team to Jira issues that have some problems in them. The "problems" and their impact are confogurable. Some examples are: no proper issue description, lack of estimation, lack of assignee, lack of activity, etc. In other words, it teaches the development team how to work with Jira issues in a way that promotes transparency.

The Reliability Rating gadget allows the team to inspect how well they are doing with time estimates. This includes not setting the estimates at all, exceeded estimates or tickets that had to be moved over to the following sprints. All of the mentioned can be configured to impact the reliability rating of the team. They can view their current score, as well as review how their score changed over time. They can also review issues that impacted their reliability rating. The gadget helps the team estimate tasks better.

Finally, the Hot Tickets gadget allows the team to stay on top of the events, by pointing issues that are currently getting the most attention. This further improves transparency by showing what the team is currently working on or struggling with. This is especially handy in big or distributed teams.

Our documentation also explains how to use and configure each of the gadgets.
