The Xray document generator has not been working since the past few days for my team. When I try to export the Test Execution in PDF format, it stops at 5% and then shows an error:
"An error occurred while generating your report. Please, contact the support team."
Can anyone please help with any information on how to fix this or if this is a known issue?

Please save a backup of your template, remove it from the Doc. Gen. configuration and add the template back. After this, try to rerun the template.
If the problem persists, it is best to contact Xray Support (http://xraysupport.getxray.app) to share your configuration so that the support team can troubleshoot the cause.

Thank you for these steps Rogério. It is back up and running and I can export the PDF format files now from Jira.
