using herzum java.io.IOException: Relais brisé (pipe)

hello team

I installed the herezum plugin , i try to link issue in two different instance :

The first one it's local instance

the second one its a docker instance

So when i try to manage a Partnership :

always having the same error: 

Failure authenticating with Destination Username when calling http://localhost:8080 from http://docker.xxxxxr:10005

Note: The username is true.

Dear Karim,

I am the product manager for the Herzum Quick Linker plugin.

In order to investigate the cause of this issue, please, follow the steps below:

• Temporarily configure the herzum package Debug logging  level on both the two Jira instances (Ref. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-set-logging-level-for-a-package-in-jira-629178605.html)
• Try to create a Local partnership on both the two Jira instances and let me know if it succeeds successfully
• Try to create a Remote partnership on both the two Jira instances and let me know if it succeeds successfully on any of the two instances.
• Sign in in our Help Center Portal (https://chicago.herzum.com/jira/plugins/servlet/desk) and provide us the following:
  • Create Partnership screenshots for both the Jira instances showing the Errors
  • the support zip file from both the Jira instances (ref. https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/create-a-support-zip-790796819.html)
