Hey everyone,

how do you prioritize the work you have? Especially, in nonprofits, I have the feeling that funding and time is always limited. So, how do you decide what of the thousands of options and work items you have you want to tackle first?

Hey everyone,

we had an insightful session with @Phill Fox yesterday. He showed how JPD can be used to map the Mission Relevancy with Effort and easily visualize it with JPD so that it's easier to prioritise the work.

In addition, he showed how mapping insights from any weblink to the relevant JPD tickets can help in deciding on the impact, mission relevancy or effort.
