Hi. Can I still add users in Opsgenie for my migration? As I add a user, it adjusts my plan but I can't tell if it's changing my current annual agreement to start a new annual cycle.

You can still add new users to Opsgenie before the migration. However, we suggest considering plan changes after the Opsgenie migration to your preferred product, such as Jira Service Management or Compass, especially if you're planning the migration soon.
If you need more time for the Opsgenie migration, then you can proceed with modifications, which will take effect after your current billing cycle ends. For detailed billing cycle information, please contact support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/.
