Hello,

We have setup the OpsGenieEU teams v2 integration and everything is working as expected but if I issues a post "@OPSGENIEEU list" I see alerts reported from other teams include my events.

OpsGenie open alerts:

OpsGenueEU 01 - wrong alerts - Screenshot 2025-04-28 101426.jpg

OpsGenie teams v2 integration "OPSGENIEEU list":

OpsGenueEU 02 - wrong alerts - Screenshot 2025-04-28 101426.jpg Please advise.

Hi Norbert,
Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

From what you've described and shown, it looks like the @OpsgenieEU list command in your MS Teams v2 integration is returning all open alerts, not just those scoped to your specific team.

This behavior can happen when the integration is configured at the global level or is not using filters to limit alerts to only those belonging to a particular team. In the Opsgenie MS Teams v2 integration, by default, commands like list will show up to 1000 open alerts unless scoped by team-specific configurations.

Best Regards,
Egor
