Are we having any problems related to notifications?

Hello to all!

For the last 20 days we have been seeing that a large part of the team, but not all of them, have not received notifications or only received an SMS. Usually SMS, call and APP notifications arrive. I tried to contact the spoorte, but not having the .atlassian in the url does not allow me to move forward.

We checked the status of the servers and they are not down, we checked configurations, versions and updates and we are fine. It happens for both Android and iOS. It stopped working from one day to another.

 

Is anyone else having the same thing happen to them?

I've observed that Opsgenie is not currently facing any issues in regards to notifications https://opsgenie.status.atlassian.com/

Also, we haven't received similar issues from other users.

It would be great for us to investigate it, to get 1 alert link and the permission to access your instance.

Hello Rafael,

We first saw this last week. It doesn't happen to me personally, but some of the team has these problems. We posted it on a mass channel and several people seem to have the same thing happen to them.

I can't raise a problem with tech support because the URL has no .atlassian

Is it possible that we have opsginie on our own servers and they are the ones that are malfunctioning?

There could be the issue, but I could investigate, only with more information... I'm not able to access your account and determine in case there is an issue or not, unfortunately.

The best way it would be for your tech team to open a support request for further investigation.

I bring news!
It seems that the problem comes from a specific phone company in Argentina called Personal.

I leave this message just in case someone else has the same problem.
