Opsgenie Migration Query -1

Hi Community Leaders/Members,

We are currently using the Opsgenie Standard plan where we get both SMS as well as voice (call)notification  for alerts , is it mandatory to upgrade the plan to premium  as part of JSM migration

Thanks for reaching out.
Opsgenie sunset is scheduled for April 2027. Until then, you can keep using Opsgenie features.

However, we strongly encourage you to migrate to JSM as it will bring advanced features. But yes, you are correct. Alerts are only available starting Premium on JSM.
