Hi all, it looks like the routing rule may have been changed by a user but not confirmed. The team for some reason has all their team members as admins.

They'd like to know if I can find out who made the change. How would I go about this? I can see general information in the audit log, but not sure if I'm just searching for the wrong things because I can't find a "Routing to" sort of option to see it say something like "routing changed from xxx to yyy by zzz".

Hello Calvin,

Thank you for contacting the Opsgenie community. We understand you wish to know which user made updates on the routing rule on Opsgenie.

In case of a routing rule, you can navigate to the Team -> Activity Stream -> Check for "Updated routing rule" on the logs.

I hope the above helps. Please do let us know if you have any further questions/concerns and we'd be happy to help.

Regards,
Nayan

Hi Nayan, thanks so much for this!

Would you happen to know the location to see the above via the integrated with JSM view as well?

Cheers

Hello Calvin,

Unfortunately, I am not a member of the JSM team; however, upon conducting an internal review, I have identified that we have an open feature request addressing this requirement - JSDCLOUD-14531.

I would like to suggest that you both vote for this issue and leave a comment to express your thoughts and provide additional information. This will increase its visibility to our development team.

Please also be sure to watch it, so that you are notified when this is fixed in a future release. I also recommend that you follow this issue so that you can receive notifications when it is resolved in a future release. If you’re interested in understanding our process for prioritizing feature requests, you can find additional information on our new features policy page at: Implementation of New Features Policy

I hope the above helps.

Regards,
Nayan

Fantastic, thanks @Nayan Pandey the link helps a lot as it allows me to tell the team to let it go and wait :). And the activity stream is still available in our older opsgenie view for past items.
