We're just starting to setup Atlassian for our organization and want to start with the three of us that will be the Org Admins. No one has received their invitation emails. We have checked our spam and email quarantine from our side and do not see the emails...
Is this because we have not yet done the domain verification?
We went ahead and followed the steps in the article to unblock Atlassian emails office365:
I've resent the invites and no one has received them. Based on other threads, it looks like Atlassian likely needs to unblock our email addresses. Does anyone know the best way to get Atlassian's help when we're just starting the free trial?

If you press the 'Resend invite' button in the user list, the email will be unblocked along with resending the invite.
