×Hi everyone,
With my identity provider configured for SAML, I'm able to update some user properties (firstname = http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/givenname, lastname = http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/surname).
My identity provider is not SCIM compatible so I'm trying to workaround this by setting fields like "Job title" or "Organization", so I that I can then dispatch the users in the right groups.
Is it doable ? With Atlassian Access, can I map attributes besides mail & names ? If so, what are their SAML Attribute Name please ?
Thanks in advance,
Regards,
Dylan
Hi Dylan & Tobias,
Currently, our SAML implementation does not support syncing attributes apart from names and mail.
Thanks,

Hi @Narmada Jayasankar , thank you for your reply. I am in the same case of Dylan and Tobias.
Please does Atlassian plan to include other attributes on later version of Access ?
Kind regards.

Thanks Eddy and Narmada.
I concur, it's true that mapping the basic user properties (Organization, Job title, Department...) would make of Access a better solution for integrating quite a number of identity providers. I think it could extend your reach and that it's worth considering.

Hi, we have the same issue. Were you able to solve this?
Thanks
Tobias
