×Yes, please! I don't see no SourceTree replacement for Linux.
+1 YES! Linux please. I would pay too. Then I would evangelize to our entire team.

I teach students who use Linux, Mac, and WIndows OSes. I teach Git. I would so love to be able to lead them through examples using SourceTree. Right now we focus on command-line Git---good for them to know, but SourceTree enhances productivity. SmartGit works across all three platforms, but I'd strongly prefer SourceTree. Big +1 for a Linux client!

I switched from Linux to Mac and SourceTree is the app I miss the most. Please bring us a Linux version. My company uses Mercurial and currently the best I can find is TortoiseHg, but SourceTree is so much better IMHO (I tried SmartGit/Hg and didn't like it).

Folks, it is crystal clear Atlassian is mocking us all. A year and a half and countless up-votes and still, a native Linux port of SourceTee is "not a priority"?!? For real?! Two and a half OFFICIAL Atlassian responses throughout this lengthy thread? That's all the attention the issue deserves? It seems that's what Atlassian thinks of us, their POTENTIAL customer-base (maybe even existing customers of other products). We each have a choice: are we contemplating using/buying/extending support for any other Atlassian products? If so, can we buy another, competing product/migrate to another competing product? You want Atlassian to make SourceTree for Linux a priority, make it known that you'll only buy its other product pending an active development of ST for Linux (that's especially true for Stash and Bamboo, and, of course, BitBucket). Otherwise, if all you're going to do is whine and cry and post "+1" on their forum but otherwise keep using their other products just STFU.
