Can I set up a recurring maintenance schedule?

We have a scheduled server maintenance that happens on the 4th Thursday of each month. I want to schedule the maintenance notice to appear on the 4th Thursday automatically until I turn it off, is that possible?

we use an app called "repeating issue app" (Repeating Issues | Atlassian Marketplace) to do just that.

The app is not the best, but it gets the job done. (The configuration is not straight forward, documentation is poor, but support is very helpful...)

I just realized, you were asking about statuspage. The app I mentioned is for Jira issues.
