Are there plans to add component-specific metrics?

Given that the current metrics in StatusPage are called "System Metrics", are there any plans to add metrics as components, or add metrics to existing components, in either case allowing metrics to be grouped into component groups?

Hey @Johnson Earls we have a Feature Request, that is STATUS-485 for your reference on this matter, but currently we don't have an ETA.

Hi @Sam Wilson ,

I checked the feature request, and unfortunately, the Product team decided not to move forward with this use case as of now because implementing it would require changes to the default system metrics and Product UI.
