Hi,
It seems that I am not allowed to install the statuspage.io app so I am trying to use webhook instead but keep receiving the error (in email) below when subscribing the webhook url.
"Please make sure that your webhook endpoint of https://xxx is responding with a 2xx response code within 30 seconds of initial connection. "
Do you happen to know what may happen? Is there other alternative to "enable" Microsoft Teams?
Thanks.
Hello Bryant,
This is Jesse from the Statuspage support team. The only way to get the integration working with MS Teams is through the app functionality. The webhooks we have are not formatted in a way that can be read by Teams, which is probably why you are getting an error. My apologies for the inconvenience on this.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Regards,
Jesse

Hi @Jesse Klein
I found this question after experiencing this issue on my own.
You propably have more knowledge on how many customers are experiencing this issue, but I feel like it would be of value to add this information to this page

Hi Kenneth,
Great suggestion! I will bring this to the attention to our documentation team so make it more clear!
I know we added that messaging around the Slack Webhooks on that page so I don't see why we couldn't add that information for Teams. I will make them aware! I hope you have a fantastic day!
Regards,
Jesse

The only way currently to get the notification into MS Teams is by email to the Teams channel

Hi Status Page Support Team,
I'm just checking if these comments from July 2021 are still TRUE, or has this been resolved?

We're hoping to use webhooks to post messages to one of our customers from StatusPage, and we just realized that they are using MS Teams. But the subscription status remains "Grandfathered - never confirmed".
I'm wondering if this is due to the incompatibility issue with MS Teams, OR if it's completely unrelated and we have other issues.

the correct way to integrate the MS Teams with Statuspage is by installing the Statuspage App to MS teams, click on configure, add your Statuspage address, then it gives you a Webhook URL that can be used in the Statuspage subscription
