I'm trying to generate API keys for my Statuspage and am having a weird issue. Instead of seeing API Keys or a Create button, there's a blue banner telling me to contact myself - it shows the email address that I use to log into Atlassian - in order to get an API key. I've tried refreshing the page and logging out and back in again to no avail.

In the screenshot below, I've blocked out email addresses for privacy, but the one I point at is the email addres that I'm currently logged in with.
