Adding members to multiple boards without extra billing

I have 3 boards in total with a standard Trello plan. I want to then have multiple members on these boards, as we are running project simultaneously. 

How do I add these persons to the different boards without adding them as multi-board guests, and by that making them billable in my subsciption?

The billing in Workspace is done according to the workspace level and the number of members in it. If you want to add people to the workspace, they will be charged according to our pricing plan.

If you add a person only to a specific board and not in the workspace (single-board guests), they will not be charged. But if the user is added to multiple boards (multi-board guests), they will be charged as a normal member of the workspace.
