I am finding there are times my team has card being Archived randomly. How can I find out the why? I looks in the Hide/Show details area and it only states they "hit" the button. They are claiming this is not the case and all they did was @card for a message.

It could be that someone is using the archive shortcut on their keyboard by mistake. (You can archive a card by pressing 'c' on the keyboard when you hover over a card)
