Calander item into trello card

In the beta mode I thought I would be able to drag an item from my calendar view into a list and create a card. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, the drag-and-drop functionality only works in the other direction. You can drag existing cards from your Trello board directly onto a date in the Calendar/Planner view. This will automatically set or adjust the due date for that card.
