×I've been using a board as a regular user, while the board admin was linked to my old work email (which I no longer had access to).
Yesterday, the board was closed and the admin had to re-open it. I managed to get my old work email back from my former employer, but when I log in with that address I can’t find the board to re-open it — it seems like logging in just created a new account instead.
The board doesn’t appear under Closed Boards in the account that should be the admin one, but I can still see it under Closed Boards when logged in with my user account. The problem is that I can’t re-open it from there, since that’s not the admin account.
Any tips?
Premium Workspace Admins can reopen a Workspace board they're not a member of by entering the board link directly in their address bar, or by clicking on the board name on the “Closed board” page https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/reopening-a-closed-board/
